"sensitive" body part

Has anyone out there been asked to henna those "sensitive" body parts,
specifically of the male persuasion?

My first call for this came yesterday, and he swore to me that this is
what they do at wedding ceremonies in Thailand. They leave on the
henna for only a half an hour or so and it gives a bright red stain. I
told him either they are using very fresh henna, which I cannot get,
or added chemicals, which I will not use. Apparently he wants to do
this as a surprise for his girlfriend.

I am in no way considering doing this, but I'd like to know if
anyone's heard of this being done in Thailand or if he's just pulling
my leg.

Has anyone had such requests or is this a random thing?
