I once had a stranger stop me in my tracks when he watched me do some mehndi work on my friend outside in a park. It was a hot summer day and she wanted to get her legs and feet done , so she was stretched out on a blanket while I was hoofering over her back legs. And I mean the whole body, every nook and crany. Thanks to my friends quick response "She doesn't do bodies only feet, legs and hands!" I didn't have to think about the right way to respond myself. I don't think that I could do this kind of work for a total stranger. Nt even for half a stranger, it would have to be a whole lot more then just knowing someone by name for me. However I did give him the address of the nearest Hindu store and a receipe so he could indulge in this art himself.
