Rinse the henna off gently with water. Then rub in cocoa butter or something like that....and the NS comes right off. Just like getting chewing gum out of hair....just rub it out with oil. Don't expect to lay down a coat of NS like you would lemon-sugar. I just do one light whoosh, then that holds it precisely in place while I either wrap or latex. I'm really fussy about keeping teeny lines in place, and I don't know of any way to do it as well as a NS spray. If you latex over NS...the latex will take most of the NS and henna off neatly when you peal the whole thing off.
