I use a Q-tip to dab on the latex, and I make sure I get a good coat.
The first time I used it, it was to seal a breast design - a flower
around each nipple. I knew I'd have to nurse the baby soon after I
was done, so I did a good, secure layer. She was able to nurse right
over it after it dried (thankfully she slept until then!)
