I've tried Mehndi Mud and I think that it's great. I left the paste
on my wrist for 2 hours and got a nice dark stain. I did my sister's
foot (top) and she left the paste on for 4 hours. The colour was light
orange when she scrape it off but turned brown the next day. It does
have a distinct eucalyptus smell tho'. And my skin itches when it
started to dry.

Peace ...

: Has anyone tried growing the henna plant in greenhouse in USA? How
: about buying the leaves and grinding them yourself? I currently have
: two different kits sitting on my kitchen table waiting to be used &
: tested. One is Carine Fabius Earth Henna body painting kit and one
is
: simply Mehndi Mud. Has anyone tried either of these? I want to stay
: as close to "Pure Henna" as possible. I also make my own bindis if
: anyone is interested. you just need to use a tiny drop of eyelash
: adheasive (water base comes off).
