The little kids are awfully squirelly, it's really rare to get
one to hold still long enough to get it to come out well!..... In
some communities there are overly enthusiasic social workers eager to
find any evidence of "generational Satanic abuse" and body adornment

good time.) Also...there really is some legistation here and there
that you can't put marks on kids under the age of consent and henna
hasn't made it far enough through the beaurocracy to not be clearly
defined as "not a tattoo". Other than that...you really shouldn't
henna any child under 18 months, just for ppotential health problems
(having to do with the acid-balancing mechanism in their little bods;
and NEVER henna a child under 6 months for the same reason. )

You can definitely henna without mustard oil.
