If they're like ordinary traveler's checks, the whole reason you sign
them at the time of purchase is so no one else can use them. If you
don't sign them at all, they're just like cash. You could sign them
once when you receive them & then sign them again yourself when you
cash them.

Of course, this would make them less than safe to mail. Because it
would be like mailing cash.
