Black Henna Tattoo Damage

Can anyone help me out with any info concerning liability of Henna
Tattoo shops? Should one have to sign a release form in order to
receive a henna Tattoo? I got mine last Friday and its one big mess
now, blisters, scabs,ichy, etc. I have taken pictures of my problem
if anyone would like to see them.

Please someone give me some advise!
