Dried lemons work wonderfully for us. We have used them whenever we
mix our own paste. The lemons are grown in California and then dried
(by my mother) and mailed to me. I have BAGS of them. If anyone is
interested in any, just send me an email and I would be willing to
sell them for cheap.
They are very convienent to use, and you don't have to worry about
them going rotten :)
