Direct from there website...

"BLACK HENNA Tattoo Paint Powder has been tested by the Australian
Chemistry Centre and was found to contain NO LEAD. (Certificate
Reference 97E1240;3.1.1) It should be noted this product, like many
others for skin application, may cause allergic reactions to some
skin types. Please read the instructions and warnings enclosed with
all BLACK HENNA products."

Seems ok , but!!!!
here is the ingredients:

BLACK HENNA PAINT POWDER : henna 50%,ethyl cellulose,carmine,para
phenylendiamine,titanium dioxide ,iron oxide.


You do not want to put phenylendiamine on the skin .. it is really
dumb to do it..
