A problem with your experimental design- it is fairly easy to apply
nail polish to many different people's fingernails/toenails and
achieve a uniform thickness, which is required for proper
comparision. Everyone's nails would take henna color differently so
the stain will not be uniform, making meaningful compariison
impossible.
