Damned good advice Catherine. I have been in business for myself for
about 5 years now and am always learning. Sometimes I feel like i
have things handled, but like you say, money makes things a little
wierd at times, especially if you are not used to asking for money. I
have freaked out over it many times and have learned the hard way
many times also.
Your advice about the dog training voice tones is great. I have a
little negotiation coming up and as I plan it out in my mind I can
see a lot of the situations you describe as being potentially
troublesome. I will try the dog traning method and see how it goes.
