I know that when I used my White Flower oil in my last henna session,
it made me feel tingly, not just where the henna was, but all over,
kind of nervous like I was doing speed (altho not that intense). It
didn't keep me from sleeping well, which coffee + henna did do. I am
sure it gets into your body and affects you. I don't know whether it
is bad for you in the amounts that get through.
As for getting into your eyes.....avoid it! It burns like hell! No
damage done, just pain and tears (and that's with White Flower Oil
which has other essential oils in it).
