The henna'ed drums and tambourines I've seen imported from Morocco
all still have the paste on them. It is mixed with some type of glue
to keep it on the drum. Of course over time and with regular playing,
it will wear off.

Come to think of it, the lamps are that way, too. Anyone know what
type of glue is used?
