Carrot Bags

Where do you get those bags!!!??? I was up for over an hour looking
through paper warehouses and plastic bag stores on the internet
looking for any kind of small cone plastic bags. The only "small" size
of disposable pastry bags that I can find are 12 inches. Right now I'm
using 2 1/2 by 3 inch ziplock bags. Which are great because of the
ziplock feature, but are, of course, the wrong shape. I'm almost ready
to buy poly tubing and a heat sealer (which are costly) to make my own
shaped and sized bags...

Hmmm... I haven't tried craft stores yet...
