There was an article on "black henna" and PPD in the Finnish Medical
Journal just now. The treatment recommended in the aricle was strong
Hydrocortisone creme on the affected area for 2-3 weeks. The curing
of the skin was said to take a long time. I think you should continue
using either the creme your doctor gave you or hydrocortisone until
your skin gets better. Hope you'll get well soon...
