PPD can be purchased in many forms, and with several slightly
different formulas. It is in virtually every black and dark brown
hair dye.
It is very sad that is is so easily available, very inexpensive ....
and there are virtually no health warnings on most of the packages
(because the manufacturers don't expect it to be applied straight to
skin in large quantities on a hot sunny day)(it's to be used as black
hair dye, in contact with the skin for only a few minutes, and then
quickly rinsed off).
