Patients undergoing chemotherapy often lose their hair. Sometimes these people ask a henna artist to embellish where their hair used to be! If you want to henna a person who's lost their hair through chemotherapy, tell the person exactly what is in your henna paste, and ask them to get an ok from their physician! A person may have a sensitivity (or grumpy doctor) you don't know about. If everyone's comfortable with the henna, mix up your henna and apply as usual. When the henna is dry, seal it and put a cap over it to keep henna warm and in place overnight. The skin on the top of the head is thin, so the stain may not be very dark.
