Took much less time than I'd expected to get the forum script up and
running again on the old CIHost server. OK, so I worked at double
speed to avoid the risk of trashing Catherine's freebee server with
all the forum hits!! :-)

Anyway, here it is, in all its glory.

It will take a little while to transfer the other threads back here,
but I hope to get everything merged eventually.

The transition to the other server should be fairly clean - I hope!
At least I get to control when it happens. Which makes a change!
