Use only plain natural henna, with lemon juice. Repeated applications to build up color may be preferable to additives that *nuke* up the color, such as terpines and other oils. Remember also, that the skin there will crinkle up with cold vs heat ... so your pattern there may go astray. Designs that begin outside of, or go only a little way into the aureola may be preferable. It is well to remember that aureolae are often NOT round, so geometric patterns may be less suitable than more freeform patterns. Also, the shape of the entire breast will flex when a woman moves from lying down to standing position ... and this will impact your design! This is especially true for more mature women, to whom life has been very generous. If the woman is not allergic to liquid latex, this is an excellent sealer for breast henna. I've hennaed breasts, then latexed them when the henna is dry, and the lady had the choice of body glitter over the translucent latex, or talcum powder, so she could put her clothes back on. The henna stains came out beautifully, after an overnight sleep with a sweatshirt on over the powdered latex. I have free patterns for breasts on my website linked below: go to the free pattern section.
