Maybe in the parts you got darker color, the skin was drier, rougher.
I know I get different colorations on my skin, because i have very
dry skin, so if I don't exfoliate before henna, there's some new
skin, some old skin and they take the color different (That's what I
think, but maybe someone else has another explanation)...
