Where does this image come from?

Hi! I'm searching for the source of this image. It could have been in
a German magazine because the model is a German singer called Jasmin
Wagner, also known as "Blümchen". Crystal-Bindi seems to be a brand
name, so I guess it's some kind of Henna. Unfortunately the read
letters are unreadable. Can someone help me solving this riddle?
