Suntan and Henna Stains?

Hello,

I was talking to a woman about the fact that I do henna. She said that
if you henna yourself and then sunbathe, so the henna spot of skin can
get the sun, that when the henna fades you will have a second "tatoo"
impression of the design. The idea is similar to wearing a sticker
design when you sun tan... the design of the sticker is pale on your
skin. Now I assume this might be true if the the paste was left on,
but not necessarly when it is not on and you just have the stain
left. But she insisted that this was the case. Has anyone
experienced this? It sounds neat, but it seems that the henna would
have to really affect the melanin. Curious?! Thanks!
