I usually just ask kids that are under 13 to make sure they eitherbring me one of their parents, or have asked to be sure it's ok.
Some children in my town that go to a private Catholic school are not
allowed to have any markings on their skin showing at school, so for
me it's important to make sure younger kids have permission. For me
a consent form is not nessecary, just a verbal ok is fine. Jen
