How to say thanks.....???

Earlier this week I posted about an interaction I had with an Indian
woman while I was at work.. well, YEAH!! She stopped in and picked up
her cakes and gave me all but a half pound, yes, 1/2 POUND of fresh
henna.. for free, wouldn't let me give her anything in return. Does
anyone know of a proper way to say thank you to her? I don't know any
Indian traditions.. and I'd like to do something special to show her
how much I appreciate the henna.. and the phone number of the one
woman in town that does mehndi (yeah, I might get both my hands
done..too cool!!) Let me know, please!!
