Hmmm. that's a very good question... I've always felt that it was
joint ownership.. that tattoo or henna artists could could both take
credit for the work, AS LONG AS it was a joint project. Ideas from
both parties were combined and used. Both could display pictures of
the art. However, I feel that If CCJ ( or any artist) is doing a
design of her own, her choice, her idea, and you have little input,
then I say the the ownership is hers. That's just MHO..
