I've always felt that it wasjoint ownership.. that tattoo or henna artists could could both take credit for the work, AS LONG AS it was a joint project. Ideas from both parties were combined and used. Both could display pictures of the art. However, I feel that If CCJ ( or any artist) is doing a design of her own, her choice, her idea, and you have little input, then I say the the ownership is hers. That's just MHO.. : As some of you might or might not know east on wast website is under : construction. whilst i was thinking about it and our trip to Oxford : tomorrow etc; i began daydreaming of the wonderful design CCJ will (i : hope)do on my hand/foot etc. Then i thought of taking pics of it and : putting it on my website. Then this question came up. : Who owns that piece of work? is it the artist or is it the person who : has the design on them? : : MMMM
