Hi Erfan & friends,

I'm alive and well ... thanks for asking, I'm flattered !! Good to
hear about your book. Could I get an autographed copy ? I am a big fan
of your work, Erfan ... you are SO talented !! *remembers another
talented person called Nick ;)* ...

I've not been writing much in here but I've been lurking. For the past
3 months I've not been doing much henna :( ... 'cos I was on a diet
and my hands shook terribly with the effect. I can't even draw a
straight line. I'm off the diet now and hennaing fervently (didn't
even wait for the stain to completely fade away before I start on the
next one). I've got a few weddings to do in the next couple of months
and my little sister is getting married in October too !! Hey, anyone
wants to come to Singapore for a nice henna party in October ? I'd
like to invite all of you to witness a real Malay/Muslim wedding
ceremony in Singapore :) ...

Nice of you to think of me, Erfan :) ... though I doubt anyone would
miss me that much *giggles*. Do email me if you wanna talk to me, I'd
love to hear from you !!

Ohhh ... anymore wonderful work of yours to share with us ? ;) ...
hungry for more of your work !!

Love & peace,

~Jewel~

Pic : One of my latest work, done using Pakistani premixed and a
3-week old Jamila paste I mixed myself. The Jamila was notably darker
than the premixed even though it was old (kept in fridge). Elixir:
lemon juice boiled in lemon teabag, with whole cloves and a little
fine sugar. Mixed with a few drops of Axe medicated oil.

The Arabic words on fingers Aliff, Dhal, Mim spells Adam, the reason
for my happiness :) ...
