Any festivals in the St Louis area?

Gotta wonder about those people who ask "what happened to your
hand?" As if it could be an accident. I know I'm not the most
talented yet, but good enough that it does look like a design, and
not an accident. It would be so great to have a chance to have
someone experienced decorate me, even a chance to have henna on
places I can't reach, just no way to do my own back... It must be so
cool to live in a place where so many people do henna, we must be
totally backwards here in the midwest... Well, enough of my
ramblings... this site is the best, I refer to it often, and lurk on
the forum almost daily... :)
