No, not unless you actually go through the process of starting your
own business (filing a DBA, getting any required local business
licenses, printing cards, etc). Otherwise, for random
income-generating things like this, there's a "Other Income" blank
on your federal/state tax forms where you're *supposed* to report
such things (to be legal about it...and gives you the ability to
deduct your supplies, etc, up to the amount of the income).
