Designs like this one need to be practiced beforehand and altered so
that you can actually do them with henna. Not for the inexperienced

There's no way I could get all those lace-like intricacies with my
jaq bottle without it taking half a day. Then you gotta turn around
and do the same design on the other hand. Plus take into account
that our bodies aren't exactly as symmetrical as you might think.

As far as navneet goes, in my opinion they are all bridal henna
designs.

Pick and choose the motif you want to use within each pattern. The
patterns are layered so you can come up with something different
every time. Sketch them out first with a thicker pen or marker, not
a fine lined ballpoint, so you can get the feel of about your average
henna line and how that will transfer into henna.
