Are you aware that henna is a transparent dye? Hennaing dark hair islike trying to henna black skin...it just doesn't show up. That is an
essential element of henna. You can't expect your hair to turn red
because henna will not lighten your hair only coat it with transparent
color. The most you will see if you have dark hair is a red glow that
is visible only when you are in direct sunlight.
