Time may be a factor. It takes almost as long in your hair to stain
as it does on your skin. If you hair was greasy I think you put too
much oil. When I henna my hair I mix henna, water, lemon juice. No
oil or conditioner. I condition it right after.
I have almost the same problem. When I henna my hair you can't tell a
difference. Well, not much. I have red hair.
