Well for the ballon festival it's Ł70 for 2 days to have the pitch
They must go 1/2 on the cost and have insurance. I'll supply most of
the peripherals. Tables chair stuff for and other stuff. They supply
thier own henna and basically they keep what they earn.

This is a charity event and I am being sponsored. I have agreed to
give the charity 50% of all henna takings. (the charity is a
childrens hospice)
Taking into account the pitch and furniture is free i think that's a
fair compromise. And due to the ammount of people their it's one
serious ammount of publicity.
