I'll have to look for that post ..... number?

The short form of what I found researching is:

a goddess with hennaed hands 2700 BCE, Cycladic Islands (yes, I
copied the pattern!) ..... and another from Babylon 2000 BCE (ditto)
..... so henna's origins at 7000 BCE in the Eastern Mediterranian
tradition on fertility / warrior goddesses is ever more firmly nailed
down! ( I think there were 4 separate origins, but that one has the
most easily verifiable trail) I met wonderful people and the travel
was more fruitful than I could have hoped for.

I had the awesome privelege of copying henna patterns from original
manuscripts 500 and 700 years old! (two pairs of glasses and a
magnifying lens required).

Much gratitude to Jeremy, Fiona, Alex, Boyan, Samantha, Baron, Leila,
Mark and Aimee for being so kind to me! Kisses to all the children!

I tried to buy every last book in Oxford and in London, but they made
me leave a few behind, so I have to go back. I hope to see you all
again!
