I certainly appreciate your loyalty and enthusiam ... and on the forum
we've worked together many times against copyright violators and other
problems and accomplished great good.

In this case.... I'm deciding what I want to do.

For the moment, don't spam, because this person certainly has had two
opportunities to correct this matter and had decided not to, so
spamming may not be the answer.

I have all the information on his business, address, host, etc...,
(thank you to the person who located all that for me!) and I'm
considering carefully what action to take. Written into this person's
contract is the requirement to not infringe copyright ... so if I
report this to the email contact in front of me .... his website will
get flushed.

I respect copyright law on principle. If I was unwilling to share
what little knowledge and skill I have, I would not have posted and
shared anything, ever. Some henna artists won't part with any
information except in exchange for cold hard cash. I could have
simply always demanded people purchase information from me ... but
because of my temperment and love for henna, I am more comfortable
with giving things away. That does not mean I am comfortable with
having them stolen.

If I were to back down, I feel that would set a bad example for the
many other artists here who have been plaigerized on the web and off.
I also do not want to back down because so many of you have offered me
wonderful support in the past, finding voilators, and standing behind
me when I challenged their theft. I owe this forum the loyalty it has
shown me.

I will give this one another nights thought before I act. Perhaps
EVERYONE'S patterns included on that website in violation of copyright
law will magically disappear, and nothing more will need to be said.
There are violations against several people there. It would be very
nice if all those violations were corrected the easy way,
cooperatively, without a great bother!
