Looks fantastic when done carefully! Very beautiful! People are very willing to let the henna STAY PUT AND NOT MESS WITH IT if you have some sealant that actually looks cool! I have the winter "millinium wrap" with tons of glitter confetti, and then the summer "sparkle latex". If its just NS, then I can put in spots of glitter paint, sequins, high wierdness with an extra dab of NS. I do like to use NS under the LL ... because teeny lines DO fuzz with the LL. The darkness with LL is precisely equal to a wrap. LL won't endure flexing, and must be used only on furless regions and people who do NOT have a LL allergy. To check allergies .... if they are allergic to nail polish, they are allergic to NS. If they are allergic to latex condoms, they are allergic to LL. (You con't have to ask them details of how they discovered that allergy.... but you'll see the terror in their eyes if they say "yes") If the day's over 90F and humid .... just do NS or some other light sealer. Nothing else will be necessary. IF you have gonzo terpines in your mix, you might not even need that. I had CA henna mixed with lemon and a dose of frankincense oil, and had some on my forearm for only 1/2 hour, no sealer, no nothing .. and the stain was not too shabby! On my hand, I did Castle Art henna powder just with the lemon and frankincense oil, and a NS fix, and just slid on a porous food service glove ..... and OH MY GOD it went SOOOOOOO dark! Espresso coffee black on the palm, rich dark chocolate on the back. Alex has the pix, though, I don't. Sam or Jeremy would verify the quality of color....
