I am still confused about the legal right to protect a drawing of a
fern. Had the picture been of this Kree-person's work and had Andi
been passing it off as hers, that would be one thing. This is not,
however, the case. The WORK was done by her....how could she have
know that Kree held a legal claim to the design of a fern?
