HI Lyn

I also did a charity event yesterday. For a local childrens hospice.
From 10-2 it rained then the sun came out and we were bombared from
2.15 - 3.45. Our prices were a lot lower (between £3-£8) and we made
£56 for the charity.
Today we tried to work in New Brighton but the wind was (is) awful
down there and there is nowhere we can work out of the wind that does
not cause an obstruction. We did try to work in the wind but it was
impossible. I think it is now about time to invest in a gazebo and
get something to whiegh it down with. We cannot rely on festivals and
craft fairs alone as we have to pay to attend the events for a start.
I just want to be able to set up and get on with it.
Next weekend we have the balloon festival here which we are booked
into. Simon was going to help out but he has had to go home for a
family matter. So we are being prepared to be very busy and look
after our youngest daughter (9 1/2 months old) as well.
I keep saying we cos Andy my partner has really got into henna. He is
a better artist than me on the bold/geometrical side of things. He
helped me out yesterday when a Q formed and has been bitten by the
hennaitis bug LOL.
So that's my weekly update.

Sam
