I usually use leftover henna (for the skin) to henna my hair so it
has things like eucalyptus, sugar, orange blossom water and mustard
oil in it. Sometimes there is other stuff in it because I mix all
different batches together for my hair. The only time I have had a
problem with the essential oils is when there is eucalyptus in
it...the fumes made my eyes water! I hennaed my hair once and what
with the eucalyptus fumes and the ultra-crinkly bag I used to wrap my
head, I got an awful night's sleep that night...but the color was
FAB! I am waiting for my leftovers to pile up again before hennaing.
