About a year ago I tried the bottle and using it always hurt mythumb... so i stopped using them. A couple of months back I decided
to give the bottles another chance... so mixed up the mud in a
softer/thinner consistency then my usually.. and to my surprise it
worked great! I love using it now.
Maybe you could try different consistency of mud and see what works
best for you.
