nu-skin removal, same old, same old

Another day in the life of a henna artist......I am going crazy with
the whole sealant and covering issues.....
For one thing...I was told to steam off new skin....either I'm doing
it wrong..tho how could someone elses steam work better than mine?
It doesn't seem to do much...what could I be doing wrong?
And nail polish doesn't seem to work either. I can't seem to let
someone walk away from me at a fair w/o covering the design.....I
want it to be dark.....don't want to redo....
So, back to nu-skin. I tried a new type of tape (the old hair tape
we used to tape our curly bangs down with) with the n/s but the n/s
doesn't come off with it....which it does with the paper tape.
This whole thing really is making me crazy....
Now that I'm way more concerned with the final product.....I want
repeat business.....I have to have my perfect solution.
What is the sugar/lemon mixture ratio? What to put on over?
It just seemed so simple w/n/s and tape.......until hair came into
the picture and sensitive skin and etc...
