I remember back in the dawn of time on the forum, someone had said
something about using a peel-off facial masque to cover the henna. I
just happened to have some, so I gave it a shot. It smelled great and
was hypoallergenic, which is a nice thing for festivals. I covered
the design with toilet paper when the masque was almost dry and it
stuck pretty well. I wrapped a couple more layers of paper around my
hand and went to bed. In the morning, when peeled off the TP, the
masque and all the henna came off with it in one tidy piece. It did
seem dryer than it usually is with NS or LS, but then it was pretty
dry when I applied it, starting to crack in places. I am not certain
this is the ideal solution, but it's certainly worth further
experimenting.
