There are good and bad online shops in the same way there are good
and bad shops in the average High Street.

There are also a huge number that provide an excellent service.
Though I am sure everyone shares and understands your annoyance and
fustration don't be too quick to tar all of us with the same brush.

If you had followed this forum for a while before shopping you could
have quickly drawn up a list of reputable suppliers. Kenzi and Castle
arts are regularly featured her for example.

It always payes to check if the company has given and address on
their web site first. No reputable organisation should be afraid to
give this information.

That said they are not quite as invisible as you think. I did a quick
Wois search against the URL www.henna-art.com the results are as
follows:
