For Solstice I hennaed my hair with Light Mountain Burgundy. Braided
in the henna kept it warm and slept with it on Solstice Eve. On
Solstice morning I washed out the henna and braided it into six
braids while still damp and left it braided all day. I painted a
Harquus on my face from Mrs. Jones with eye pencil. I didn't redo
henna on my hands because I have found if you henna hair and hands at
the same time when you wash your hair the shampoo will take off a
good bit of the henna on skin. The next day I took down my hair and
it was all crimpled and shiny. Today my hair is loosing the henna
smell but it's so nice while it lasts.
