One of the reasons given for hennaeing is to help prevent sweatty
hands and feet!
It DOES seem to work!
General info on henna at the link below .... the most effective way to
"chill out" hands and feet with henna is to have a "dip" application.
Simply mix your paste and slather it on the soles of your feet! Are
you comfortable with having dyed soles?
