Henna on sunburn disappears faster than a $10 bill at a bikini bar.
Yes, it is cooling. Use antique henna with tapwater and no time for
dye release, wash it off quickly. But ... aloe works better!
Better yet ... learn to love your SPF.
My personal fav for sunburn is the preparations with benzocaine. I
religiously acquired sunburns every weekend when I was a teenager in
LA trying to be a bronzed "beach bunny" during the 60's "surfer
craze".. 40 years hence, my arms epidermal layer can tell you
precisely how stupid it is to expose Scots/Irish fishbelly skin to
California sunshine. Ugly ...
