brewings done) was once used as a lip colorant.

Lasts longer than lipstick, but its not gong to hang around for a
week or two..... even betel wouldn't go that long.

If a molecule is small enough to slip into a skin cell and stain it
... it's small enough that you have to evaluate whether it's going to
cruise on into the blood stream and cause problems. Most dye molecules
are much too big to pass into skin beyone the first cell or two ...
(which is why you can tyedye teeshirts all day, and not be technicolor
the next day).
