Little Miss Henna (booth at amusement parks)

I went to Six Flags New England in April and met the woman who owns
this franchise. She was really nice. She uses a premix from India
which is a lightish green. All the designs are done by hand, many
are traditional, and I was really surprised that her prices were so
reasonable. The henna is listed as lasting 2-3 weeks. She does also
offer a paint-on which is black, which is billed as "Black Body Art"
and is listed as lasting 2-7 days. The black is painted on from a
little pot which looks a lot like Temptu's liners. It goes on flat
and stays, not like henna which comes off. I think it's clear enough
that this is different from henna and it is not presented as such.
The next time I went, she was not there, but the girls at the booth
let me try a little of the paste on my finger. I only smelled it,
but so far as I can tell, it only contains lemon juice and maybe a
leetle tiny bit of eucalyptus oil. Normally, I can smell other stuff
pretty well, so I'm fairly sure it's safe.
If the people at the booth you went to were doing black and calling
it henna, you should probably let the owner know, as at the booth I
went to, it was presented as very different stuff.
