Hi, I'm in Hartford, which about two hours from either. You don't
need a salon. I find it only confuses them, anyway. Buy yourself
some good powder and go for it at home. I like the directions at
CCJ's site; although I'm not sure if I agree with all the additive
results she gets, everything else is just what I do to get great hair.
