That same thing happened to me this week! I wanted to do some really
kicking stuff before I go to the beach next week and the lotus on the
back of my hand has little spots just like you discribed! I went over
the design twice, steamed, l/s'ed NS'ed taped and wrapped and did
everything else I could think of and those spots were still there!

Where's Mercury this week? ;)
